We strive to make the order process as easy as possible! To help ensure that you know what to expect, we’ve developed the service blueprint below to guide your order from start to finish. GETTING STARTED If you know exactly what you want, you can skip directly to Price Quotes. However, in most cases, our customers come to us in search of a creative solution. To get started we’ll want to know as much information as possible about how the promotional item will be used. We’ll ask you to describe the event where the promotional item will be handed out. What is your target audience? What marketing objective do you wish to achieve with this promotional item? CREATIVE IDEAS Within one business day, we will provide a concept presentation that includes a description of each recommendation, product images and our perspective on the product. If we don’t find something you love, we’ll go back to the creative process. Otherwise, it’s time to move forward with pricing. PRICE QUOTES To provide an accurate price estimate and determine production time, there are a few things we need to know: • Quantity Desired • Delivery Date • Imprint • 1 Color • 2 Color • 3 Color • 4 Color • Four Color Process • Embroidery • Laser Engraving Time permitting, we’re happy to provide you with samples. Once you’ve decided on a promotional product, we’re ready for the next step. ORDER CONFIRMATION To place an order, let us know your final product selection including imprint, any PMS color matches, quantity, and in-hands date. We’ll also need an EPS vector art file of the logo you’d like us to use. (If you don’t have your logo in the correct format, no problem! We can have it converted in 1-2 business days for a minimal fee.) As soon as the order has been entered into our system, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email stating all of your order details, and payment terms. To move forward with production, you must email back “approved” to the order confirmation. ART PROOF Prior to starting production, you will be provided with an electronic proof, which is essentially a mock-up of the promotional product with your artwork. If corrections are required, we will provide an updated proof, and the process repeated until you are 100% satisfied. After we have received your approval of the proof we’re ready to move forward with production. PRODUCTION Put your feet up and relax... your part is done! We continually monitor the production process to make sure we are on track, quality standards are achieved, and that your product ships on-time. SHIPPING NOTIFICATION + TRACKING Within one business day of shipment, we will provide you with tracking information so that you'll know exactly when to expect delivery.
